I really had a great time with my friends Rein and Chel. They are my best buddies at work. Sad to say they will resign on Monday... I will miss them so much!

9 Months At Work
It's been a long time since I wrote something on my blog. Sorry, I've been too busy at work. Honestly, I'm getting tired doing this job 'coz I encountered a lot of irate customers everyday. (I don't know what to say) LOL. But, at the same time I'm still enjoying it 'coz I'm learning a lot of things (especially for wireless connection issues) and I've made new friends for the past 9 months.

AT&T Product Training
My first day of product training was fun although, it's not easy to do some multi-tasking job 'coz we're not familiar to other things that we're going to handle (Internet/Cable). Anyway, the trainees were really cool and I find it easy to get along with people at work in ICT. I can't wait for another fun night. Sorry, we are not allowed to take pictures inside the training room. I can only post the tumbler that my sister gave to me. Lol.
Get Together
My friends and I held our simple get together party. It's hard for all of us to find time to get together as a complete group throughout the year, but we always find a way to make our group complete and have some nightouts. This tradition has changed over the years.
ICT EST Training
It's worth waiting for the result of my EST Post Assessment for almost 3 hours because I passed. Haha! I got home at 7 in the morning and I will be having my product training for AT&T account on Monday. :) 
First Day
I just woke up from my first night job training. We had some discussions about our job and pre-assesstment test after that. It was really fun and my co-workers were very cool. I hope I will enjoy working with them.ICT Job Training
I am so tired now. I had my orientation this morning at ICT and it went great. We have filled up the other application forms and requirements needed to submit. We will start our training on November 08. The great news is... we're going to receive our salary at the end of the month. O_O

ICT Group
I didn't expect that I passed the initial interview since it was more than 2 weeks since the last time they called me. When I passed the initial interview they informed that I will be having my call simulation by Wednesday at exactly 12 noon. Anyway, the hardest part for me is the call simulation test, Task 1 consisted of three different test. First, is the repeat after me, she will say 10 sentences and you have to get at least 5 to be able to pass. Second, she will read a short story about the client having a problem with the transaction. After that, she will ask 3 questions about the situation and you have to get at least 2 correct answers. The last part of the test is the role playing, you will act as a customer service representative in a big company. You have to make your own script and your goal is to satisfied your clients need. If you passed, then you can proceed to Speed Typing Test, minimum of 30 words per minutes. For Web Browser Tests, there are 5 set of questions and you have to look for them within 5 minutes. Anyway, I'm upset and lonely when I failed my final interview because of my stupid phone. He told me... "I don't have any problems with your english 'coz you can understand and speak english very well, but the problem is you should know your product even it is not in front of you. However, you can re-apply after 3 months"... He was a bit shocked when he saw me crying in front of him after he said that. Lol. Anyway, after 1 week I got a call from Sutherland again and I passed the final interview. They asked me to go at their branch office at Clark, Pampanga. I didn't go there from my job training supposedly yesterday because the ICT Company called again for my final interview reassessment and I was very happy when I passed, haha! I will be having my call center training on December 8. Lol.
